If you've recieved a product that is damaged/incorrect/defective please notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of the receipt.
We will need photos or videos of the product before the refund is issued.
Please allow us at least 7 days to dispatch your replacement product once we have received the defective product. We will be responsible to arrange for a return once its approved via email. In case of an exchange, no extra delivery charge will be applied.
Please note that we shall not be able to process refunds or exchanges for any damaged, defective or incorrect items after the mentioned period of 72 hours.
Products Purchased During Sales
Unfortunately, products purchased during discount promotions or sample sales will not be eligible for return/refund.
